DISTRICT VI

DEVELOPMENT & GUIDANCE  POLICY

It is the policy of the District VI Director of Assessment to promote, encourage, and provide for any referee to be observed by a registered assessor in order to provide immediate positive, constructive feedback on match performance.

Feedback is given to the referee (or assistant referee) via a standard form called a Development and Guidance form. This form is only given to the referee and a copy given to the DDA. It goes no further. There is NO CHARGE for a D&G observation. A D&G evaluation is one of the best ways for a referee who wants to improve and advance to move towards those goals. Below is a list of Assessors who may be contacted to schedule a D&G Evaluation. Please contact one of them. Note that D&G’s are done on a voluntary basis and at the convenience of the assessor.

Note: Any Assessor may be contacted directly for a D&G (Development and Guidance) evaluation. See information above for full information on D&Gs and then scroll below to obtain a list of Assessor's contact information.
